The Trial of Thomas Edison

For the past two weeks we have been learning about Thomas Edison, we have learned about the six secrets of success and his life.
On Friday the 23rd of November our class acted out a trial to prove that Thomas Edison is guilty or not guilty of being a genius. We had a judge, jury, witnesses, defence team and prosecutor’s team.
Our Judge  had a scarf on her head so it looked like a wig, she also had the choice of making Thomas Edison guilty or not guilty.
All but one person from the jury thought that Thomas Edison was not guilty so the judge made the decision of Thomas Edison being guilty of being a genius. Everyone had a good time and we all enjoyed to play a part in the trial.
